Veggie Roll-Ups Recipe
I am halfway famous because of these veggie roll-ups. Everytime I make them for a party my guests go crazy for them and I can guarantee there are never any left.
They are super easy to make and refrigerate really well.
Go grab the recipe for yourself and see what all the fuss is about!

Sticky Side Up - A Fun Toddler Activity
Hailey got The Toddler Busy Book as part of her Easter basket this year. We have been enjoying going through and slowly picking out activities to try.
The first one we tried involves taping some contact paper, sticky side up, to the floor. The kiddos then get to experience walking on the sticky surface, which is fun. I also picked up some foam shapes and colorful pom poms so that she could play with sticking the shapes to the surface. She really had fun with it, and we played for about 30 minutes!
Just don't let your kid eat the pom poms. :)

Homemade Graham Crackers
I had seen a few homemade graham cracker recipes circulating around lately. I saw it and thought it was something I might like to try, but all the recipes I found seemed overly complicated, or used ingredients I didn't have on hand. What's a girl to do but make her own creation?
These graham crackers had all the deliciousness you'd expect, but a delightful freshness that you aren't going to find with any boxed variety. Here's what you need to make them at home:
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water

DIY Fabric High Chair
We have a trip to San Diego coming up to celebrate one very special girl's first birthday! I had been trying to think how we would handle the highchair (or lack thereof) situation while we travel, and then I remembered a fabric high chair tutorial I saw a while back on Homemade by Jill. I followed these instructions and ended up with a very cute and highly functional fabric high chair!
All set and ready to travel! It will fit so easily in our suitcase. I was originally concerned that she wouldn't be secure enough in it, but she actually is very snug! I won't be leaving her in it unattended, but it would take some work for her to fall out of it, so I'd call that a win.
